Calling all writers and theatre makers! The 2026 Hamilton Fringe Festival New Play Contest is now accepting applications until November 27, 2025. The winning script gets a FREE 60-minute production slot in the 2026 Hamilton Fringe Festival plus a $300.00 cash prize.
2026 ALERT Resident Company Program
The ALERT Resident Company program is a customized training program perfect for emerging performance companies or collectives to get the support they need to grow their company, refine their skills, and expand their artistic network by producing a show at the Hamilton Fringe Festival!

Hamilton Fringe Festival is Hamilton Ontario’s biggest, boldest 12-day performing arts festival. The 22nd Hamilton Fringe runs July 15-26, 2026, and will light up 15+ indoor and outdoor locations across the city.
