This is a partially accessible venue, with wheelchair-accessible parking spots, a ramp on the side of the building and one wheelchair accessible washroom, however there is no accessible button and it cannot be used during performances. Single stall washrooms are downstairs and street parking is also available.

Wheelchair-accessible parking spots are available directly in front of the theatre. Street parking can be found on MacNab Street and Mulberry Street. Additional municipal parking lots are located nearby on Cannon Street, Mulberry Street, MacNab Street, and York Boulevard.
