Zine-Making with Emma Doreen

Emma Doreen

February 28, 2026

Join us for a hands-on zine-making workshop where creative storytelling and self-expression come together. Learn simple folding, collage, and layout techniques to create your own small unique booklet. Participants are encouraged to bring magazines or images that reflect their voice to cut and paste, although materials will also be provided. No experience required, just curiosity and a willingness to create and share. Suitable for ages 11 and up.

Emma Doreen is an Indigenous illustrator currently studying at Sheridan College. She loves to play around with mixed media, collage, printmaking, and textiles. Nature and connectedness are what often inspires her work.
